LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER OF DIGITALBITS December 3, 2020 Dear Michael Gord, the XDB Foundation & the DigitalBits Community, First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for your continuous support for DigitalBits. I founded the DigitalBits Project in 2017 with the goal of creating technology that could help innovate how brands and consumers engage, namely through the use of branded cryptocurrencies. I also believed then and continue to believe today that such innovation will bring forth another dimension of possibilities for society. The vision for DigitalBits also has evolved to so much more since inception, with the project also expanding focus towards the emerging category of branded stablecoins. To those who have been early supporters, and those that have joined the ecosystem along the way, I say this with great excitement, I believe that this journey is still just beginning! 2020 has been an interesting year to say the least. The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted the world. We’ve seen the way we live our lives change drastically. So many industries have been negatively affected, while others realized a boost. For example, most traditional sports came to a halt, while esports and online gaming hit new highs... and many brands have expanded their strategy and focus to get in the game! We’ve also seen blockchain innovation and adoption continue with many projects and technologies growing stronger than ever before. This year has also seen the DigitalBits ecosystem evolve further with the formation of the XDB Foundation and the appointment of Michael Gord as Managing Director. Michael has generated a wealth of experience in the blockchain industry over many years, and I am confident that he will continue to demonstrate his commitment to supporting both the XDB Foundation and DigitalBits. Today’s announcement also reinforces my commitment to supporting financial inclusion. There has been very little public awareness about Zytara until today, while it achieved significant accomplishments during its time in stealth mode. I’m excited to now have the opportunity to contribute to the DigitalBits ecosystem in two capacities, as the Founder of the DigitalBits Project and through my role as CEO of Zytara, an innovative fintech company that is committed to leveraging blockchain technology.
